“Relocation specialist” is a buzzword often used casually but working with Jessica and Hilary truly meant having a team. Every person referred by them became an integral part of our move, from our home inspector to our title insurance, they were all in constant communication to keep our concerns a priority. There were no “unknown contractors” working with us because they had worked with Jessica and Hilary for years and have become our go-to businesses as residents. Jessica and Hilary understood that as emigrants to Virginia we needed referrals for almost everything, and those referrals allowed us to acclimate quickly to our new life on the Northern Neck.
